Morgan is a chartered building surveyor with 20 years post qualification experience in commercial building consultancy acting for large and small commercial clients across the UK. Morgan specialises in dilapidations advice (for both landlords & tenants), project management, contract administration, cost/design consultancy, Principal Designer (CDM Regulations), Party Wall advice and acting as an Expert Witness. Morgan started his career in London before moving to the north west of England.
