Our MD Richard is a chartered surveyor with over 25 years experience specialising in Business Rates and L&T issues. He now has a strong bias towards empty rates, and has helped provide solutions to many complex empty rates issues as well as helping those affected by failed rates mitigation solutions. Richard is the driving force behind our ‘Core’ data platform and using data driven solutions to identify opportunities for new and existing clients. His background includes over 8 years as Chief Operating Officer at Altus Group and an Equity Partner at Edwin Hill.
