The Non-Domestic Rating Act came into effect in October 2023 – Will it make a difference to most businesses?
This new rating list came into effect on 1st April 2023 and there were some dramatic fluctuations depending on size, type and location.

The last time I reported on this subject was back in the Autumn, at which point the delivery statistics hadn’t been updated since June and the ’emergency funds’ – designed to go to businesses in need – had only found its way to some 28% of recipients.
